The divisions which located in Dalang Town, Dongguan City cover an area of more than 250,000 square feet, and have the separate aluminum curtain wall metal plant, aluminum ceiling processing plant, stainless steel processing plant, PVDF spraying painting plant, powder coating plant, metal silk-screen plant. The metal processing choose the advance foreign numerical control equipments, the 2 PVDF spraying painting lines choose the whole set automatic Japan RANGSBURG made electrostatic spraying system, the 2 powder coating lines choose two sets automatic Swiss ITW GEMA and one set automatic American NORDSON electrostatic spraying painting system. The length of the PVDF spraying line is 420m, which is the longest and the largest production line in China. The 4 spraying painting lines are all use online process, including the pre-treatment, spraying painting, high temperature baking, quality testing, which can resist the second pollution of the object’s surface. All these make sure of the good quality of the products.

DAIICHI has passed the PPG, AKZO,VALSPAR etc International 8 Top Supplier’s testing of the PVDF dope, the quality all accord with the American AAMA2605-05 and ASCA96 standard. DAIICHI ‘s quality control system has passed the (SGS)ISO9000 testing for continuous 10 years. And also are awarded the credit of the only PVDF spraying painting and aluminum curtain wall factory in China by the China Construction and Decoration Association Aluminum Products Council.
